It’s a busy Saturday for iRx Clinical Pharmacy and PanCare Medical Clinic. While Dr Wee Xue Ting was at POPCollect, Mr Wong Hong Yun and Ms Carolynne Ng were busy with the second Medication Brown Bag at Lorong Lew Lian today. In this rendition of Medication Brown Bag, we also had a little session to share with the residents on how the CHAS scheme can benefit them. By educating the residents on how the scheme benefit the residents can definitely facilitate right-siting of individuals, thereby offloading the heavy load from the PHIs.
