Thank you POPCollect 2023 organizers for the oppprtunity to share our iRx Clinical Pharmacy and PanCare Medical Clinic perspective in social prescribing!
It’s a humbling experience for a pharmacist to speak to a roomful of experienced GPs and community partners on this topic. Nonetheless, it also shows that everyone has a role to play in social prescribing, not only doctors and community partners, nurses and allied health professionals can be effective social prescribing link workers too!
It was also an incredible opportunity to be acquainted with leaders of the field in both the private and PHI setting. Looking forward to many collaboration opportunities with iRx and/or Pancare moving forward!
